Hospitality

A place to plan meetings and menus! Feel free to make this page yours. I set this up just for starters with what happened last yearand you can change it to use for this year. There is a miscellaneous meal listing at the bottom. (Ellen)

August - The board prep meetings will most likely be at the beginning of August. We can decide where we want to meet later. We might want to "eat out".
September - Last year was the hurricane so there was no meeting. This one needs to be our big get to know people meeting or we may decide to have an end of August one for it instead.
October - Last year they did the Bunco game and the new moms meet and great together. The main dish was provided by the club and sophomore and junior moms brought a salad or side dish. Senior moms brought desserts.
November - There was a Veterans Day meeting and everyone brought their favorite snack to share. (We also did a collection of things to send to soldiers.)
December - I know there was an ornament exchange and someone provided all of the food and preparation for us. Mexican casseroles and everyone bought their favorite Christmas snack.
January - There was a "Home for the Holidays" meeting with Reveille and a raffle drawing. This was the chili supper.
February - Valentines Party with lasagna provided by the club and the Freshman and Sophomore moms brought salad, Junior and Senior moms brought dessert. (We had a Valentines Day cookie exchange! Yum!) Note: We might want to change the Jr/Sr moms from all dessert to some bring bread since we doing a cookie exchange anyway.
March - ?
April - Muster month. The newsletter says that food was provided by the club but it doesn't say what.
May - Sandwiches, wraps, chips and ice cream social.
